Should you have a car to part exchange we’d be happy to provide you with a price. Please feel free to fill in our part exchange form here. Be as honest as possible about the condition and service history so that we can give you an accurate figure. Alternatively, please feel free to provide details over the phone to one of our sales team.
If you require finance on your new car you can apply for this on our website – just find the vehicle and click the red finance box – this will take you to the finance calculator. Tailor the figures to suit your requirements and click on the Apply Now button. Again, if you would prefer to discuss your options and apply over the phone, please do give us a call.
Once you have gone through all the vehicle details, either by email or over the phone with the sales team and you decide you’d like to proceed with the purchase subject to video description, we can at this point film the car for you. The aim of doing this is to provide you with a detailed overview of the car as though you were viewing it in person. We prepare our vehicles to the highest standard but there will always be some minor imperfections, given the nature of used cars, that we can point out on the video. Starting with the exterior and finishing with the interior of the vehicle we will provide an in-depth view of the following: each panel of paintwork, each alloy wheel, tyre makes, tread depth, windscreen, upholstery, carpets, interior trims, steering wheel, sat nav screens etc. This video can then be sent via WhatsApp or uploaded to our YouTube channel for your perusal.
Securing The Car
Following the video description, it’s decision time! Should you be happy to proceed at this point we will need a holding deposit to secure the car. We can take this over the phone using a debit card or you can transfer it directly to our bank account. Don’t panic though……. Should you be unhappy with the condition of the car upon collection we will issue you with a refund of the deposit. However, we pride ourselves in honesty and our aim of doing the video is to make sure our customers know exactly what they are buying and that they are going to be happy with it upon collection.
Once a deal has been agreed the vehicle will go to the workshop for a pre-delivery inspection and any other required work, e.g. a service and MOT. It will then come back to us for its final valet before collection. Turnaround time is usually within a week. Upon collection and handover of the vehicle the final balance will be due, preferably by bank transfer or alternatively debit card. We will then run through how everything works with your new car and you’ll be on your way! It’s as simple as that!
